Thank you for applying SoftBank Hikari.
On this page you can find the steps from application to installation
 and the information on various supports.

Contract detail confirmation

We have sent a document with your contract detail to your postal address. When you receive it, please check the contract holder's name, service name, and other contract details if there are any errors on the document.

Important items needed to be confirmed

契約者名 This is the contract holder's name.
If there are any errors, please contact the support center.
サービス名称 The service names that you have applied for are listed.
電子交付通知先携帯電話番号 Your registered contact telephone number.
When we need to reach you, you will be contacted on this telephone number.
料金のご案内 Monthly charges for services and optional services that you have applied for, initial fees, and discounted amount by the campaign etc. are listed here.

If you didn't apply the service or if you have any questions on your contract, please contact our support center.

Precautions for the line installation

SoftBank Hikari installation requires an installation work.
Depending on the installation site condition, installation work will be done either by a non-visited work (your attendance is not required) or by a visited work (your attendance is required).
On 'Guide to Starting SoftBank Hikari', you can find your installation date and whether your attendance is required or not.

[Receiving the Internet connection device]We will deliver the device necessary for the Internet connection according to the installation schedule. Please be sure to receive it.
Device(s) may not be delivered depending on your contract.

[Being present at the time of the installation work]You need to be present for the installation work.
If you are unable to be present at the installation due to your absence or other reasons, the installation cannot be done and the fiber optic line can not be available.
It is the date and time of the installation work indoors.
The person in charge will visit you during the time stated.
  • This is not the start time to the end time of the installation work.
  • If you wish to change the installation date, please complete the procedure from My SoftBank by 7:00 p.m. four days prior to the scheduled installation date.

Payment method registration

If you haven't registered your payment method at the time of signing up the contract

Please register your payment method from My SoftBank. Click here for the procedure.

  • To register a credit card : You can register on the web.
  • To register a bank or other financial institution : We will send you a registration form. Please apply through the web.

27th of each month(When the 27th is a holiday of the financial institutions, it will be withdrawn on the next business day.)

It will be withdrawn on 27th of each month. Please check the balance of the account.(When the 27th is a holiday of the financial institutions, it will be withdrawn on the next business day.)

When the payment method registration has not been completed by the first billing

A paper bill that can be paid at a convenience store will be sent to you.
Please make your payment by the due date printed on the bill.
Please note that convenience store issuing fee (¥330 tax included) may be additionaly charged.

It will take about 2 weeks to register your payment method.
